The project proposed the improvement and construction of a roundabout located on State Route 68 and the Highway 1 southbound exit ramp and the intersection of 17 Mile Drive / Highway 1 southbound entrance ramp. ZTC was responsible for the preparation/implementation of the Source Inspection Quality Management Plan (SIQMP), reviewal of fabricator's quality control plans, performance material engineering and quality assessment of fabrication, and the management of the source for fabrication of items such as electrical poles, anchor bolts and welded hoops.
