The project will modify the existing on- and off-ramps of the State Route/ Vincent Thomas Bridge and Front Street/Harbor Boulevard interchange to improve safety, access, and efficient operation.

ZTC’s scope of work is performing in-process welding inspections for steel soldier piles and overhead sign structures at multiple fabrication sites and the jobsite. Inspectors verified contract plans, welder certifications, and welding procedure specifications. As well as to perform in-process blasting & coating inspection on steel soldier piles for retaining wall.
