Meet Our Inspection Team.
Bill Kent has over 40+ years of experience in QA/QC welding inspection and nondestructive testing (NDT) for major steel and infrastructure projects. He specializes in steel bridge fabrication, Fracture Critical (FCM) components, and precast concrete inspection for projects like interchanges, roadway widening, and drainage improvements
Paul is an experienced QA precast/prestress concrete inspector with about 17 years of precast/prestress production and inspection. He was the QCM at a major precast fabricator for about 10 years. He has extensive knowledge of Caltrans and NPCA Specification for concrete and precast/prestress fabrication.
Andrew is a highly experienced precast and steel inspector with 20 years in concrete mix design, testing, and inspection of precast prestressed girders and steel structures. He holds PCI Level III and CWI certifications, along with NACE Level 2 coating inspection. As a former QCM and lab manager, he oversaw daily QC, developed mix designs and PCQCPs, coordinated with Caltrans and public agencies, and managed QA inspections and NCRs.
Eric Sanabria is a skilled NDT Technician with nearly 13 years of experience across multiple industries. He served as Lead NDT Technician at major oil refineries and later joined SpaceX, performing inspections on Falcon 9 boosters for over 25 launches. He holds Level II certifications in PAUT, UTSW, PT, MT, VT, and PMI.
Nate is qualified in NDT, coating, and bolt inspection. His experience spans heavy equipment manufacturing, petrochemical facilities, and bridge construction, with expertise in welding fabrication, quality control, and quality systems compliance.
Jerry is a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) with level 2 certification in Ultrasonic Testing and Magnetic Particle Testing. He has an Associates of Applied Science in Non-Destruction Testing Technology from Salt Lake Community College and over 20 years of welding experience in all processes. Eight years’ experience as QC Welding Inspector Supervisor with 5 years of NDT experience.
Chasitee is a PCI Level II certified precast concrete inspector with over 5 years of experience in mix design, concrete testing, and MSE panel inspection. At Reinforced Earth, she handled QC reporting, trained new staff, and verified materials and samples.
Reid brings 30 years of experience in engineering management, city planning, and inspection, with the last 15 focused on QA steel and concrete inspection. He has worked on Utah DOT and Caltrans projects, inspecting various steel structures and is well-versed in Caltrans standards and AWS welding codes (D1.1 and D1.5). His strong communication skills support effective coordination between SMRs and fabricators to resolve issues on the shop floor.
Rodger is a seasoned construction and quality control professional with over 20 years of industry experience. His expertise spans concrete testing, blueprint verification, aggregate gradation analysis, and satellite system installations. Rodger has played key roles in multiple construction and utility projects, applying high standards in QC processes and team leadership.
Russell is a QA/QC Inspector with over 32 years of experience in welding, coatings, and non-destructive testing. He specializes in structural, bridge, and petroleum projects, with strong expertise in AWS, API, and ASME standards. Known for precision and thorough inspections, he ensures quality through detailed evaluation and corrective recommendations.
