This project consisted of replacing the existing 2 lane overcrossing on U.S. Highway 101 with a 5-lane precast prestressed concrete bridge. In addition, a new loop was constructed to replace the northbound on-ramp. There were also road improvements to Lost Hills Road, Canwood Street, and the southbound on- and off-ramps. ZTC was responsible for the preparation and implementation of Source Inspection Quality Management Plan (SIQMP), the reviewal of fabricator's quality control plans, the reviewal of material specification, and more.
